Spicy Egg Puff

10 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cottage cheese
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles

Beat eggs well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cheeses, and melted butter. Stir in chiles and pour the mixture into a well-greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serves 8
